Duas teses foram firmadas: o prazo de licen\u00e7a da mulher que adota um filho n\u00e3o pode ser inferior ao da licen\u00e7a-gestante; e n\u00e3o\u00a0\u00e9 poss\u00edvel reduzir o prazo da licen\u00e7a em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da idade da crian\u00e7a adotada. Ao contr\u00e1rio, quanto mais velho o menor, mais dif\u00edcil a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.
